The Knoxville Wind Symphony endeavors to provide outreach to high school and college students from Knoxville and East Tennessee through open rehearsals, discount tickets, on-location concerts, and other special projects.

Concerts are planned for each season in which the KWS shares the Tennessee Theatre stage with the best high school wind ensembles from East Tennessee.
